Hello,
I just finished Gate1 and Gate2 of Vykus normal mode. However, when I queue for Vykus gate 3 it comes up with an “entry count” error as if I’ve already completed it… which I haven’t.
I have attached some pictures for your perusal, please can you fix this so I can complete my weeklys.
I have tried restarting Steam and logging in and out of my account but I keep getting the same error.

Sorry to know you had issues in the middle of a Vykas run, I know how frustrating this is.
In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, nor the rewards, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, nor manually grant rewards. I apologize for the inconvenience.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to 48hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

I appreciate your copy and pasted reply however I did not have an “issue” in the middle of a Vykus run.
The only time I disconnected from the game was to restart Steam to try correct the “bug”… You’re right it is frustrating, I just want to play the game.
