Since the last weekly update I’ve been getting this error randomly. Game disconnects which will cause you to lose your chaos, cube, boss rush attempts if you are in the middle of them.

I’m getting the same thing, but mine is error G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT. It disconnected me at least three times today!
I closed steam and restarted and then did verify files for lost ark. I’ve been in game for more than 10 minutes now but I have no idea if those actions helped or not. You might try…
Unfortunately, I’ve already done that. 
That’s what I do when I have issues with games on Steam. I’m glad that you have been in-game for more than 10 minutes. This issue is very random, though, I can be logged in for hours, and that error pops up, and then I get disconnected.

Or will we all get banned for using a cheat, or something like a VPN?
I don’t know anything about any of this, and don’t want to get a ban.
Shouldn’t this problem be fixed on your end? Not on the player’s end…
Seems strange that they would tell us to go off of some random persons “fix”. I don’t think these errors are high on their priority list if this is the best they can do for support.

It seems some players have tried some troubleshooting and they have experienced an improvement (at least in getting this error less often). That’s why I shared that post 
TCP Optimizer is a free software for tuning and optimizing your Internet connection. Is not considered cheating and is allowed, don’t worry.
