Just an FYI, Gate 2 re-entry is currently broken and you will not receive a ticket.
They are working on a fix for this, no ETA atm but Shadow_Fox is going to be looking to get an update on monday.

If it makes you feel better, i submitted a ticket during the Haiger’s Manor bug to get my character unstuck from the loading screen. Never got a response. Posted in the forums - only response I got was submit a ticket. Lost a week of game time over it.
So long story short - best of luck to you.

I got disconnected from Server maintenance and still waiting for the reset ticket.
So yeah… even DC from server maintenance can’t get the re-entering ticket…
you… I think 99.9999% chance, you will not get the re-entering ticket.
I feel really bad telling you the truth… T_T

Support is completely powerless, it looks like they don’t even have access to logs, or even a direct line of communication to the developers.
GM’s only function is to try and rile the community.

I’m sorry about the issue you’re facing with this entry, this is being worked on as we speak and it should be resolved as soon as possible.
For now sadly we don’t have any other information than wait for the resolution and once that is completed will be informed through the corresponding channels.
