In this case in-game purchases are not refundable, that includes purchases made with game currency as well, the purchases are not exchangeable as well, in this case there’s nothing we can do, I apologize for the inconvenience.

But it doesn’t make sense at all, since it only need 1 of this item for the Adventure book why do you give the option to buy more than one ? For real I thought I was buying rapport items since I was trying to rush to catch all of the wandering merchants

When you buy an items you have the option to buy as many as you want, in this case even though you only needed 1, the dynamic of purchasing as many as you want still applies, I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you, we appreciate the feedback you’re providing, unfortunately there’s nothing else we can do, every purchase is final and can’t be modified.
