I want to restore a character but i don’t remember her name, I have a character named as Dubizura from Kazeros SA

Hi, I had an attempt to restore a character a while back and was instructed to try on the 1st of January as the restore limit would reset.
Am I already allowed to restore a character?
If yes i would like to restore a sharpshooter lv 56 (Kaltor).
SA-Kazeros.
