As in title, i didnt knew how powerpass works. There isnt really warning when you use it except that you can use it on one character. I thought that after you click it you can chose character that you want lvl up but no, you have to give it to a character in order to lvl up him. I used it on lvl 50 character and therefore completely wasted it. I hope you guys can help me. I already contacted amazon and they told me to write here to a lost ark devs.
No you are supposed to use the item to unlock it for your roster.
It will shop up in your character screen on the top left corner.
If you used the ITEM you are fine (not bound to the character that opens it), it will be available on the character screen. I don’t think it allows you to actually boost a level 50, it needs to be done on that screen.

Welcome to the forums i hope you are enjoying the endgame content!! Also apologize for this misunderstanding.
The power pass is sent to the first character on your account that reaches lvl 50 and finish the main story quest “Ealyn’s Gift”, you can find it on your ingame email (its a legendary ticket). You may need to right click on it to claim it and it will be bounded to your account.
On the character selection screen, you have to select the character you want to lvl up with the power pass and click on use power pass. Just be sure to be selecting the correct one.
Dont worry about what you just did in game the power pass is in your account and you can use it with your prefered character!

I cant find my powerpass after i redeemed it through the letter but when i go to the character screen it say the quest is complete but I’m not able to create an character with the powerpass and i check in my main chac inventory there no pass at all to use and now I’m stuck
I have not used my own power pass but I think you create the character and as soon as you get off the ship you can either skip the tutorial or go through it, then log out and use the power pass.
Make sure you select the character you want to use it on in the char select screen first.

It seems to me you’re trying to claim it on a character that already finished Vern, when you should use it on a char that hasn’t.
When I chose my main to use the power pass on it shows the same as yours:

I used a PowerPass Yesterday on a Bard and how i got it to work was i created the character, customised her looks and then at the character select screen i clicked the yellow PowerPass button, after completing all the trixion quests from Beatrice i ended up with some rewards and i was level 50 by the end of it and finished off being in North Vern.

Just to add some more information here are some quick steps to use your pass
-Right click on the ticket from your inventory once you received it on your first lvl 50 character. This will activate the option to boost a new character.
-Create your favorite character on the character selection screen and set it a name. When its ready select that new char and click on Power Pass. You will see something like @frogbound second image after click on use and you will be teleported to Trixion.
-Complete the quest line from beatrice and you will get rewarded with some interesting items and lvl 50 boost! Time to gear the new one!!
Hope everything is clear untill now. Choose wisely you only have 2 ticktes in total!
