@Roxx just want to make sure, so far from what i see the devs only give re-entry ticket for people who lost their valtan entry on mari server maintenance? what about the people who lost entry on NA-West maintenance that happen few hours after mari maintenance?
Hotspot got theirs too and they are on NA Valtan, and got dced 3 days ago.

if u’re from valtan and one of your party was from mari and got disconnected because of maintenance, i think that count as mari maintenance disconnect issue
My team has not received any tickets and reset is coming soon. So guess we’re just being punished for not following the random sudden urgent maintenance notice that only appeared in game 15mins before and only appeared on the forums, not anywhere else, when it got extended. 
yep, no re-entry ticket for Shandi group as well.
Bruh where is this additional batch of re-entry tickets that you speak of? My guildmates and I still do not have them

It sucks as a support being 1 week behind, when i pushed to 1445
I didn’t receive an admission ticket. But I saw someone get it. why? 
and instead you’ve created an environment where “hostages” can be taken. By two players voting “no” for exiting instance AND doing exactly nothing to finish it.
You can’t do it right. Both ways can be abused. If someone ragequits/trolls that’s where reporting system should be in place. Reviewed by REAL people in case someone doing it repeatedly.
But here it’s more likely the game crashes/not loads. The group should be considered when the fight starts. If someone disconnects and the instance is completed they should get the reward and lock like anyone else. Still preventing a carry abuse.

i think it is safe to say that if you didnt get your re-entry till now, just wait till reset because they wont do anything about it. Take the L.

Hi my situation is a bit different, my team were doing argos on Friday morning and got kicked during that unannounced Mari server restart. We haven’t receive any ticket for four days, could you plz note that as well? Some of my teammates just hit 1370, they really need these materials to craft their gear. Thanks alot!

@Roxx Many of us still didnt get the re-entry ticket after the maintenance. Could you please give us an update soon as we only less than 24hrs before the weekly reset. Thanks!
@Roxx Just a feedback, please let the devs know that this so called “crash verifying system” they have in place is clearly not detecting/verifying all types of crashes players experienced and that this “re-entry system” that they have in place obviously is not even working properly or as intended.
@Roxx can you confirm that the outages caused via maintenance/hotfix will receive their re-entry ticket?
The following is a video of my entire raid being disconnected due to the maintenance/hotfix outage and now we are starting to panic that your team has not included us in the additional batch. This happened during the 5/21/2022 12:00am PDT maintenance.
