Realistically this means if you DC you are screwed. Very few DC’s will be from server side disconnections.
thye already confirmed several times it does not. Maintanence/hotfixes announced in game are not a valid cases. Only hard server crashes.
Which makes no sense because there is 0 indication or warning that you will lose your weekly entry when it is content you are meant to be able to repeat as many times as you want until you clear it.

you can mostly get back. Ofc. the game starts sooooooooo slowly. And then you need to watch all the “super necessary” logos and warnings that you might not get back in time.
I wish I could remove those.
“or outage issue on the game server side” clearly mentions outages, not “hard server crashes” nor does it say anything about excluding maintenance, and yes, by definition, hotfixes/maintences, as a result, do cause an “outage issue on the game server side”.
Rather than trying to derail people’s attempt at support with nonsense, you should backup your claims with real tangible references/evidence.

Don’t tell me its ‘resolved’… Theres still a ton of people affected by the NA West Maintenance and not just Mari. @Roxx
AGS continues to show they don’t deserve a cent, finally does something 24h before reset after 4 days of players continuously reporting this, but only gives out tickets to a small portion of the total affected players and then goes silent

well yea thats may be an issue but thats for reports are,
ragers are not that big part of community to base systems around “special cases” while stupid DCs are going on everyday

@Roxx Seems like only a small minority who are affected got their tickets. Me along with my party and many others in this thread have all not gotten our tickets yet.
