I understand this has been discussed and posted by many others already, but I feel like I need to chip in to perhaps bring this to a higher priority. If enough people kept voicing the same concerns, I am sure it is not something to be brushed aside.
Seeing the queue on Valtan the unofficial OCE server, isn’t opening up an Oceania server a good idea? It provides players with a better gaming experience due to lower ping, and also a lower queue time, which leads to happy customers. Players are your customers. I do not feel comfortable spending money when I am not being looked after with an unstable gaming experience due to ping spikes. This is in your interest for profit, isn’t it? It’s an investment into your business for the long run.
