The reasoning of Roxx back then is absolute bullshit.
I was personally looking forward to the new Shadowhunter form. Especially because it is my main. But the current implementation looks absolutely bad.
Every other region has the same form as KR. Only the western version has been changed.
It’s like there is a wall between the community and AGS.
Even if the moderators of the forum forward the concerns, you have the feeling that no one cares.

The way Amazon acted so fast with pheons incicent showed us what really is Amazon’s main and only priority: the money. As I stated before, if the playerbase stops giving them their money until they solve these recurrent problems like unstable servers, the AWFUL SH demon form, the censored outfits, the bots, and a huge etcetera. But if things continue as they are be sure there be no changes, no answers, no solutions.

They once again decided screw what the players want. We had threads about it for months before the update dropped, so they intentionally ignored us for months because they knew we wouldn’t like the answer. Never spending money on this game again.
At this point you guys just don’t like the answer they given … which was no.
