From the chat, my understanding is that they haven’t figured out how to fix it yet and we are not guaranteed to get back the tickets.
As a gamer, I feel bad that I do all the boring dailies just for the fun from end game group content. And now it locks us out.
As a developer, I feel bad for them. This kind of issue should be considered way more earlier before release. And they are still trying to figure out solutions AFTER affecting customers.
