Moving to EU West was the only way for me to start playing the game. The first week was a hell.
We only get some parts of the package/packages, in other words, we didn’t get what we paid for.
You could argue that those items are already claimed on the EU Central but since the queue is a hell, people wont play on those servers, and since they say that they can’t increase the population to reduce queues we just need to start playing on EU West.
Sure, but just give us all our items. The game is a massive success, I’m sure you can do alittle good will/good PR by giving people some more items that we payed for.
I understand this inconvenience, as I did the same thing as a Lost Ark player by creating multiple characters on different servers and claiming the rewards and drops on a server I don’t use, and not being able to use them later on other servers.
