"We will contact you within 2-3 business days" It's been 32 days

I’ve waited 32 fucking days for my inquiry about the store completely breaking and i’ve sent more emails later which have been completely ignored, at least give me a “we can’t help you” instead of just saying “wait 2-3 days” and then ghosting me for THIRTY TWO days.

If I can’t contact customer support for help, who the fuck am I supposed to contact? A product I bought with money doesn’t work and you completely ignore it for 32 days. What a joke of a company

I understand is frustrating that you were given a time frame and got no response after that, I sincerely apologize for that, this is not what want for you to experience with our support. In this case the best thing to do is contact us via chat for an agent to check the ticket that was created on the original contact for them to provide you an update on this matter.
