Weapon Skin from Beach Lover Skin got deleted

Hi, the weapon skin from the Beach Lover Skin on one of my chars got deleted after the update. How do I get it back? I’m definitely not paying for it again…

Edit: I was one of the people that accidently claimed the Respite Weapon Skin from Ark Pass on wrong char and equipped it after I realized the mistake that it was character bound. I want to add that this weapon skin got deleted as well, but I received a new Respite Weapon Selection Chest in my universal storage.

Looks like my Beach Lover Weapn Skin got caught in the crossfire.
