Yes. It went buttery smooth this week. Joined a pug, a couple of people died, but we cleared it in 3 tries
Similar experience but first group was terrible, second group cleared in 3 tries.
Very lucky and found a good group this week. Did both 1st and 2nd gate on 1 go. 20mins and finished.
Cleared it under 35 mins in 1 go with randoms ,the thing is i was just bored and enter the raid to have some fun. It was fun guiding them people to cleared it, but unfortunately i got carried away and finished it in one clean run.
AGS & SmileGate please gimme back my entry ticket, i didn’t meant to cleared it … i-it was unintentionally. Please give me a new entry ticket or i will have to wait for a week, doing nothing other than looking at the ceiling day by day. 
First week my static took about 6 hours to clear. This week we 1 shot it.
with all party 1415s, we used about 50 mins

Still waiting on last week’s re-entry ticket for the server outages.
3 hours last week, 1 hour this week. But both Raids from LFG, so i guess ist didnt count that much.
You guys talk about hard or normal ? because damn you guys are lucky with PF tbh. My party finder experience has been :
- Fill party with people that looks to know what they are doing.
- Everyone but a couple dies before x16.
- Retry
- Everyone but a couple dies before x16.
- Someone wants to quit.
- Repeat.
Imagine that I’m staying alive up to Ghost Enrage every single pulls now. Did like idk maybe like 20 pulls this week before he go down, have gone through ghost berserker every 20 of theim. On 19 of theim most people dies before x16, usually between x30 and x16.
Could have been faster if I had not tell my party to not restart, but surviving ghost berserk is another kind of challenges and it has gave me a lot of fun so far so yeah I just went the all 15mn of encounter every pulls so takes a bit of time but he died in a couple of hours this week (compare to last week where I had to do insane things to kill the boss, like basically fishing for a single guy that could survive to ghost berserk and duo-ing ghost phase. Tooks me 20 hours to find that guy.)
Cleared week 2 with a pug team in 4 pulls. Granted everyone was over-leveled and we had a gigawhale 1490 destroyer with 33333 and full lv.10 gems. Valtan had no time to cast any wipe mech.

I would say people generally knew what to do, however keeping everyone alive till Ghost Phase doesn’t happen often, and 2nd week we had 1 support.
That being said, this was normal mode, so more newer people compared to hard mode.

Pretty much just just said YOLO and went in on matchmaking. Cleared in less than 2 hours with a few new people.
8h->2h some mistakes are simply unavoidable. Also few dcs. 1 supp have a power cut.
I felt that valtan is harder in week 2 as there are a lot of new comers in valtan. Like my alts are feeling depression right now because of the valtan cycle.

One member leaves
Repeat cycle.
Week 1 managed to clear gate 1 but struggled to find a party for gate 2. I found gatekeeping for week 1 to be a lot worse . Maybe it’s just my luck or I’m running a bit later in the week but most groups I see are either looking for support, overgeared dps or “ghost phase experience”. One particular group accepted me, asked me if I knew the mechanics then kicked me from lobby 3 seconds later before I could even reply. How am I suppose to have experience when I can’t even run the dungeon?
Week 2 was noticeably more struggle on gate 1 than it should be, probably because more newbies have just pushed to 1415+. Luckily managed to find a good chill group for gate 2. Even though we wiped for hours, everyone was civil and encouraging, it was great practice. We regrouped the next day and cleared gate 2.
my group went from 8 hours on the first week to 30 minutes run
Week 1 static got gate 1 HM first try Friday. Took us 3 days to get Gate 2 HM afterwards.
Week 2 we knocked them both out day 1 with few wipes from bad position or timing.
