So my main characters abyssal dungeon weekly reset didnt actually reset ive made 2 tickets to amazon the first one was somewhat helpful it said id been added to a master ticket and that i should wait 24 hours and it should be fixed. Ofc nothing happened so i made another ticket and this time i was told that they know about the bug but dont know when it will be addressed im hoping this issue will be adressed in the coming maintainence id be able to do my weeklies this time?

I’m sorry you’re having issues with abyssal dungeon weekly reset.
Like you were advised unfortunately this is a known issue with few players however the fix is under works and should be resolved as soon as possible.
I would also suggest a few basic TS if you haven’t tried, that has fixed the issue for few. Starting with verifying integrity of game files on steam while doing a complete reboot of the game.
If the issue is not fixed for you after the latest path kindly contact us via live medium and refer them to this forum post so they can create a separate ticket for your issue.

ill try to verify the game and reinstall it if necessary too i truly love the game having spent over 150 hours on it since release however its just dissapointing i cant enjoy the game to the fullest. I too am hoping the coming maintainence fixes my issue and if not i will be sure to refer support to this post thank you for your timely response
