I entered The Gate of Paradise: Sea of Indolence abyssal dungeon and the group ended up quitting as they couldn’t do it. It now says my weekly entry count as been exceeded even though I did not complete the dungeon. Can I have this reset? I cant progress or move on to other abyss dungeons because of this as it is a prerequisite for the later abyssal dungeons.

they wont do anything about it, they allready said that.

I tried to enter Alaric’s Sanctuary by matchmaking… the parties were made,after that blackscreen appeared and after a few seconds i was in front of abyssal dungeon manager statue…and of course couldn’t queue again … nice gaming experience

This happened to me too, i hope we get some kinda of compensation for this as it has really ruined my progress and fun.
