Hello, during the day I had a problem with the internet and while I was in the dungeon - (Aira’s Oculus - hard mode) I got disconnected. After I rejoined the game my weekly entries count is exceeded for this dungeon. So I can’t join it again. I don’t assume that my group was able to complete the dungeon since I got disconnect on the first boss.
May I please ask you for help or a ticket to offer me a chance to go to Aira’s oculus again?

If they did not clear, you get an entry ticket mailed to you. Have you checked your mailbox?

Then more than likely, the group cleared without you or the system is not working properly. I do not want to get your hopes up because there were similar inquiries before that did not get resolved favorably, but still hope you can get a favorable resolution.
thank you for the info, there is very little chance that they were able to complete the dungeon without me due to the fact that we also wiped 4 times on the first boss when i was present.

For your information, once the weekly entry is used for the Dungeon then there is no means to issue that entry again manually to your inbox.
I can understand your disappointment but unfortunately there is nothing we can do in this case.

Thanks for the reply, I just thought there was a system error where the game didn’t send a ticket after a failed dungeon. As I mentioned above there is a very negligible chance that they were able to complete the dungeon without me considering the short time between my dsc and relogin and also 4 wipes with me on the first boss, i cannot imagine how would they kill it on their own and continue to stomp the next one.
