So I just entered matchmaking queue for Sea of Indolence. It found 8 people, game was supposedly starting and then instead of being teleported to a dungeon I got sent back to city and now it says “Weekly entry count exceeded”. Thats it.
Similar situation which I already commented about happened to me 2 days ago just before server restart(I was inside dungeon when restart happened and after it was back up lost my entrance to Hildebrand Palace). I thought it had to do with the reset but clearly something other is broken here. Please fix it and refund my and other peoples entrances!

I had similar issue while playing Hildebrandt Abyssal Dungeon. The game lost connection to the server before completing the dungeon and now the allowance for is gone. I contacted Amazon/Lost Ark support I have been told to leave my server, and character name here. So someone can fix the issue.
Happened the same to me, I queued , it didn’t get me in and ‘‘I had exceeded the weekly entry count’’

The same thing happened to me yesterday, and it’s not just waiting a week to continue advancing with the content because of problems with your servers, you must return the entry to those who experience this bug.
It’s not fair to wait a week to get to T3. Also, their customer service does not give a solution
How is it possible that they respond in this way? You may not care but I wasted 200 hours of my time and money. I find this answer ridiculous. Please, give me a solution to not lose the weekly progress. Thanks.
