Weekly reset (Abyssal Dungeons)

A little background before I jump into things…

Last week I attempted Abyssal Dungeons (Oreha’s Well hard mode) and was interrupted during the dungeon due to a server crash. After servers were up and running again, I logged in to see the my weekly reset was marked as cleared even though the dungeon wasn’t completed and I missed out on receiving any rewards.

I contacted support last week and mentioned the issue and their response was;

“Unfortunately we are unable to re-grant players access to weekly dungeons that they are locked out of at this time. I apologize for this situation, and we are working to mitigate surrounding issues to prevent it from continuing into the future.”

I decided to take my loss and move forward next week having faith it was just an odd occurrence or bug that has happened. Moving forward to the current week March 10th, I logged in and jumped right in the abyssal dungeons excited to get my clear for the week. Half way through the dungeon I was disconnected by maintenance once again, after an hour logged back in to find that my weekly hard modes were locked out once again. Some mentioned that it was announced ahead of time but the server I’m on Azena East the announcement was in Spanish and sadly I don’t speak Spanish, so I had no idea what was occurring.

I decided to contact support once again hoping the second time around something might be able to be done… I sadly was wrong.

Context for screenshots below. I seen a post on March 10th from Lost Arks official twitter stating to contact Support chat regarding the issue and briefly gave them a summary of what my issue was.



My main concern with this whole issue or bug is that item level is currently locked behind completing these dungeons, I wait weekly to enjoy the content and face new bosses to get rewards. I’m being locked behind server congestion and not able to progress because the servers are over populated? I feel like there’s a better solution for players like myself that are facing the same issue and the response from Support was too bad so sad wait until next week response. I’ve seen some post recently from other players looking for answers as well and this was my interaction with support and how they’ll be handling things for the meantime.

Yet people are getting reset tokens lol…
