[Gear Upgrade] and [Scheduled Event] inside of //Welcome Challenge// are locked. Current item level : 536. Gear upgrade section is locked with error:

[Gear Upgrade] is Unlocked after completing Vern basic the Vern [Basic Guide] “Special Cases”

<<Friends have no issues, we have the same [Basic Guide] achievements, with none of them called “Special Cases”.

[Scheduled Event] is unlocked after achieving item level 340 and obtaining the reward.

where did you get that quest btw i am at gear 650 and still can find it i finished everything in vern :confused:
