I was thinking of starting over on the Western Servers, but I was wondering the following -
Do I keep any of the skins I bought ?
Do the gems transfer over? (those should be account wide)
Skins - No
Crystals - Only Royal Crystals you havent spent. You dont keep the blue ones

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer Corvine! That is quite disappointing, i wish they would make it worth bothering to move and start over
