If youre missing this stuff you need to do this.
Steam → Libary → Lost Ark → Right Click → Manage → Uninstall
You get some stuff and you want more?
Normaly they dont need to give you anything.

Im just saying that if you think they “dont need to give anything” you have no idea about how to run a business or how to keep customers. Its a f2p game, they aren´t making money if the players do not log in, play the game and spend a dime or two.

You can compare many other games.
Fifa = people cry every year about this game → no fucks given about the “customers” and people play this every year.
Yes lost ark is free to play and some compensation is nice to have BUT, why you give more than necessery?
They give us a litle bit and this is the end of the story.

You can´t compare such a big name as FIFA with Lost ark but i get where you wanna get there.
I also think the Loa on Winter pack a lot of people asked for wouldve been way to much they should save that for a really big mess up.
I´m happy with what we got but it doesnt compensate the lost day of materials, gold island etc at all. I understand why people are mad/frustrated but it´s still just a game

My issue is a very poor compensation for a day and night a being messed around by false info and being led to believe that everytime they finally wrote an excuse and extension you was hanging about expecting it to be up afterwards
All it shown was that they are very bad at what they do and tried to do far too much just to benefit them and not us but I’m this mayhem we lost out on all that time spent waiting around when they could a just said the games down until further notice somthing a little more professional and as you stated we also lost out on all our in game values

Yes, we missed a day of gameplay, i know it sucks. But let’s say you had some family stuff to do and you missed your day, would you come here in the forums and Karen the frick out of everyone in here just to cry that you missed 1 day of dailies? It’s a game. Jesus.
The compensation is fine. This month we have received a ton of pheons, enjoy them.

Its standard procedure to give costumers a compensation if smth goes wrong and which effects the costumer.
Almost every Online game does that.
If you dont do that you dig your own grave as a game.
