I created a scrapper recently, my 9th character, while the rest are t3. All nice and good, power honed him to 600 and after 3 days I still can’t get the 802 set. I literally get nothing sometimes in my chaos runs. The worst one was 3 blues the whole run and the rest silver.

Hmmm. Ive never tried to get it. I have always bought the tier 2 gear with gold. Doesn’t take too much and is a heck of a lot faster.
I did eventually, but holy shit i thought the chaos dungeon lack of loot was only in t3… This is just awful.
It costs pheons. That’s why I avoided it.
That’s fair. They are hard to come by. Wouldn’t surprise me if the lower drops were across the board though.
