What does the contribution level imply in the guild?

What does it mean to have 1, 2 or 3 in that column?

Every 1000 contribution you do, you go up 1 (the column next to it)
Basically the higher you are, the more you have contributed to your guild

So it’s just a reference? To know how many 1000 you have contributed and it has no direct effect.

I was wondering this too. I read and knew about the 1000 contribution thing but I thought it would give you something like more bloodstones the more you go up or something.

I don’t find it that helpful then with how impersonal guilds are in general currently in the game but I guess it doesn’t hurt.
