Let’s just say the union was… busted.
I don’t really care for supports other than on my main to sustain mana, without being forced to use the nightmare set - which in my case would mean 20% less crit chance, causing me to lose more damage than I gain from having more mana available.
In general, Supports can be happy, if they get accepted into a raid.
My experience so far with Valtan and Vykas pugs has been, that Supports are really aggressive and tend to spam in all caps to bash on others. While being the only one who made a mistake, again, in the first place.
Out of 6 pug runs this week, I had a party with supports 3 times, and all 3 times the supports caused wipe after wipe, then attacked others calling them “bad players”.

Abusing an exploit is devs fault not gamers
Hiring support doesn’t guarantee raid clear compared to dps buss wich is raid completed or money back.
If group need to hire support then it’s good chance it’s not good group.
Personally i would rather go full dps grp and use pots rather then hire support.
Also once you get relic set you do raids for gold and chance of accessory.
From what I’ve heard (talking to guild members other players etc.) apparently a lot of them were scammers. They purposefully get hit on Valtan to fall down an die until the party quits just to open a new party and cash in again. Idk if this is true tho would be nice if someone who bought it give some insight.
I find this an odd thing to say. Yes they have a fincancial incentive to say anything and I obv. can’t proof any of what I said, but so does the supports have a financial incentive to troll in order to cash out more money.
Well that was the issue they supposedly paid after the first Gate and then startet to troll on Valtan.
Then fire them? We normally get paid on a per hour basis. If within 10 minutes you think the guy is trolling just kick him out, accept the 1K loss and move on. Blacklist him or even reach out to another union member and there might be some discussion amongst us whether or not they’re intentionally trolling. We want to legitimize support selling and people who deliberately fail are no better than Argos Bus drivers who hold their riders hostage for 3 hours.
Also, while IDK about you and I can’t speak for the rest of the supports in the union, but while I’m happy to sell my support services, I also want to clear relatively quickly and exchanging my game time for less than minimum wage progging with idiots isn’t my ideal scenario either.
but they’re not idiots and won’t push an alt to 1475 just to pug, so you won’t see support alts in clown pugs
So I essentily have to pay 1k entry fee to and then hope my support isnt trolling? lmfao.

The only people dumber than supports who sell themselves are the ones who buy em.
If you can find buyers power to you but man I really can’t imagine the mindset of people who buy supports.

This is under the assumption that everyone wants to sell there service again, but as you probably know there are already a lot of bus scammers out there that don’t care about bussing again.
After people learned how to clear Valtan and Vykas P1+P2 withotu supports they kinda disbanded.
I’ve seen supports complaining at forum “First you all wanted supports and now all i see “Full DPS run”, and no one accepts me”.
Supports are needed, but they are becoming way too arrogant. Had Pala this week that quit after first failed attempt on tentacles with message “ffs let me out of here”.

Support union all rerolled to dps classes so ce we all noticed that playing a support doesn’t even provide you with anything in the west me game. Even your build becomes stagnated at 4x3 meaning you can’t even progress your character anymore. We can’t gain gold thru bussing Argos we can’t carry our friends. We can’t even complete thronspire or the weekly velganos challenge guardian. Ps we are all 1490 dps mains now after swapping
You can all lick our support main a$$3s and rely on the dps mains rolling supports in 1370 to 1430 without even knowing how to press shields at the right time

Wait, what? I purposely do challenge Velganos on a support alt just because I hate fighting for light spots with randos and it’s been absolutely smooth sailing.
literaly same, i stopped playing months ago, I just come to forums just to see the state of Lost Ark, will it continue its decline, or go bounce back. We will see in the upcoming months maybe by Feb we will know.

the hourly rate would be 1gold.
people are willing to pay for something if they think its worth it. but unless a support can prove they will ensure a clear on that particular piece of content it doesnt work.
for instance no one wants to pay a support too prog with them when you dont know how long it’ll take the support too learn the fight. last thing you want is the person your paying to be the one you have to kick.
the only people that were willing to spend gold were the ones that had plenty and nothing to use it on. some people are used to buying there way through life, the rest of us are happy to wait.
Don’t know about the union but I still get paid 4k per Vykas HM gate.
There was this Paladin named JimHoffaBoss, he took over the union. Some shady deals were had with StateRunGuilds and dues went up but union support went down. Jim however grew nice and fat, until one day he went missing.
No one check under the new Stadium. 
False, people paid me 35K for Valtan Hard release to prog with them and 20K for Vykas Hard. For some people, they end up valuing time spent in the raid vastly over time spent in party finder. You don’t want to come back home from work to sit in party finder for potentially hours then going to bed without even getting a chance to play.
Perfectly fine with this, I’m only selling because maybe some people will buy.
Did this thing ever affect the game? I thought this was some forum only thing. But oh well, I guess if supports were not so boring to play (If you know League of Legends, supports here are basically Janna) we wouldnt have such stupid ideas floating around.
