I have 2 bards with human ears, but I can’t make a new mage(bard) with human ears.
And when I use reskin ticket on my bard with human ears - to save the preset, the human ears disappears(turns to elf ears) in character creation screen
They’re definitely still there, your characters may have an accessory skin equipped that removes their elf ears and turns them into human ears (glasses, face piercings are the two most common examples I know for this)

Yeah, that could be a skin issue (my bard has a skin equipped that replaces here ears, but her preset is with elf ears). All of my mages have elf ears, honestly, so I can’t verify that part.
yeah skin issue, 1 bard is the more blue aquatic skin, and it turns into those ears when using reskin ticket on her
