Seriously if you check last posts there is not a single answer from CMs in at least 10 days. I know we always had problem with communication but this is goin to the extreme when we are trying to give some suggestions to this company and theres noone who can at least post their typical macro answer.

They are back i got a response on my post 
they said -

im on vacation from the 23rd of dec until 9th of January.

But that doesnt mean they will be putting any fires out today haha i guess ill give them a few days before asking them some questions to see if they can answer them without me asking for a third time LOL

Just because you took 2 weeks off during those holidays does not mean you can do it 4 more times, especially not paid leave. That would be close to 50 days of paid leave and AFAIK no country mandates this much (usual in EU is around 20, and AFAIK 0 in US), but I guess some companies can offer more if they want to. However, with stories of Amazon workers having to use piss bottles, I somehow find it hard to believe that they would.
Regardless, it is understandable that most CMs would have taken leave during holidays, tho I would expect at least one to keep watch on most pressing issues (and that might have been the case, just didn’t notice).
Going on holidays is nice and all. But I feel like complete radio silence when the game is burning, as a AAA company, is pretty fucking sad. Just my opinion though.
