Are Gold sellers a problem in Lost Ark? How do they even do it if it is possible. Is there player to player trading or do they do it through the Auction House?
Down the road people may have characters on a different server to farm Gold for themselves and then buying it from themselves through the Auction House, does this trigger som warnings or can you get banned for it?
And can you trade Gold and other items with a friend? Is it bannable to give Gold to a friend through player to player trading or through the Auction House or the mail?
Im not sure if there even is p2p trading in this game.
Ok, But this just explains some of my questions.
I also wonder how the trading between players work and what is allowed and not, take a look at everything I described.

Via mail i think and i don’t believe it would be bannable no
The in game cash shop primarily sets the gold rate via the crystals meaning that the botters and gold sellers will not pose that much of a threat since they will not be able to monopolize and dictate the gold rate whether they will be found and banned or not.
The bots will also not be able to affect or even touch the end game content and that is another good thing.
p.s. the impact will be mediocre at best due to the tier three being available at release
The bots are generally farming ‘life skill’ materials in this game. So it kinda sucks if you like doing that sort of thing, because it will devalue the time and effort you put into it. The game is free to play so there is no limit to how many accounts these botters can create.
The real profit is made with boosting services - which Koreans call ‘bus’ - where people with better gear kill the boss and you pay them a percentage of the gold you receive from said boss. I guess this will become substantially worse in EU/NA, because we have all seen what happened to WoW.
I have to say Im not used to mmos. I played a lot of PoE and that “bus” is pretty common there and a way to make currency, but I cant understand why in a mmo is a big problem.
I think it’s similar like the public perception just like P2W Western community hate it but in Asia it’s more acceptable.
I personally don’t mind with the boosting service but everyone have different opinions on it
When there’s a market for it someone or some group will offer it, basic demand-supply
Just to follow on from this, can my wife, for exmaple, somehow transfer/trade/mail me blue crystals or equivalent? I had to buy the 2200 royal pack for her just so she could get a skin (after she hit level 20). Now she will have enough blue crystals for 4 more months of Crystalline Aura. Now, with the extra 1100 royals converted to blues, that’s another 6 months of CA if I’m not mistaken. So, I’m basically looking at sharing the 10 months of CA access across the 2 account, so 5 months each, so we can keep up with each other, as we almost exclusively duo in the game. Any suggestions on how we can do this transfer ‘legally’, or will I have to spend more money on the game to buy the sub/Aura for myself with more royals…?
i know someone that has a russian steam account and since he bought the game on his usa account he is able to also play it on his russian account he made a charcter on his server and was able to pay a lower price for royal crystals and then he bought the gold and emailed it to his main charcter on usa steam account… is this allowed? or would this be bannable
Do you even play the game? The players at tier three make from 5k up to 10k gold per day just from normally playing the game.
And all that gold goes into blue crystals obviously…
I am buying up to 15k worth of blue crystals per day and i have 9 characters from which one is at tier three along with two at tier two and the rest at 500+ gear score.
p.s. you have absolutely no idea how much gold players can make these days
I like this argument. Then I tell you $60 nets you 100k gold from 3rd parties. Now imagine all the people with jobs & high impulse to catch up with their guildmates to get ready for GvG since a good majority of these Lost Ark players came from New World where the end game to most is literally GvG.
