What is happening if you can't fix it by the end of your "working hours"

So we are targeting now a 9 PM but we all know at this point you guys will fail again. Just out of curiosity and quoting @Roxx post:

It is 10 AM PT where we are, so the sun has indeed not been up for 7 hours where we’re located.
3 AM is far outside of regular working hours.

What is going to happen when you postpone the maintenance out of your “working hours” are we expecting to have 36+ hour downtime?
