It has nothing to do with the captcha system, and people have been lopang basically since the game came out.
As already explained, it’s 3 unas you run on your alts for silver.

Common Una dailies that people use on alts for silver.
You go to Lopang and go to a terminal for each Una, which each one sends you to a different location, generally people do Vern, Shushire, and Arthetine. So for Lopang alts that means 4 zones you need to pass through. So guessing people are worried that more zones means higher chance of hitting a captcha.
