1490 with 2 set nightmare, 2 salvation, and 2 oath.
So you are saying I generated to many numbers so it caused the take a break thing
Take a break is from 2 piece salvation, if you are continually hit while below 30% you proc the effect that resets your stacks thus constantly seeing take a break.
