its obvious that you didnt expect as many player as we have right now, thats fair. Its sad nobody learned from earlier mistakes but I’m sure you sort this internally at AGS.

I’m hoping you have a clear strategy for the EU Region when it comes to demand and server capabilities. Shop, Aura, Servers are down every now and then, Maincontent (Guardians, Chaos etc) is not playable because Servers are not available. Basically every Group-Content is not there due to the Servers - we are playing a Single-Player-Game with other People running around in the same game.

What is your plan to fix this? There was enough time to brainstorm and come up with a plan, share it with us please!

You cant just sit there an hope people will move to other servers or the playercount is going down to fix your mistakes like we had with NW.

i think they can’t do anything just hope that half of the player base will leave the game and make servers manageable to play

They could offer powerpasses for free on EUW as incentive, I BET this would make things instantly better.

Duplicating a Char to EUW would be ideal and then delete the first one after 1-2 days. Would be a workaround for Server-Transfer
