My main is since April t3 and still not 1415. And i feel so much behind everybody. I just play chaos dungeons with rested bonus, stopped playing abyss dungeons and never tried argos. (afraid of new content)
Hardcore everyday at least 5 hrs of gameplay, main 1495, 1 alt 1430, 1 1420 and 3 1370

Hardcore players are 1490+ now, semi-hardcore are 1460-1475, casuals are probably in the 1430-1460 range. But that’s for people playing since launch. If you started in April you’re behind, but there’s been a lot of catch up mechanics. Your progress is also highly dependent on how many alts you play to increase mats earned.
Also, you’re gonna need to start doing Argos, even if it’s only Phase 1, which is 1370-1385 ilvl range. It’s not that hard. You’re leaving gold and better gear on the table stunting your progress.
FOR REFERENCE: My Main is 1490, my alts are 1442.5, then 5x 1370’s, 1358 and 1342. Those 9 characters are after 2100 hours, with light usage of currency exchange.
Semi-Hardcore player here, with 1665 hrs on record. Probably around 1.5k actually played.
- Main is 1467.5 (enough materials to push to 1475 whenever I feel like it, since it is only 3 successful upgrades)
- Alts:
1x 1325 abandoned alt to farm some materials in chaos dungeon
1x 1375 fairly new to T3, waiting for some Big Leapstones from Una’s
2x 1445
1x 1436.66 + 1x 1440 both being upgraded to 1445 right now.
2x 1000+ T2 alts being pushed to T3 eventually
another T2 alt at 866.66, abandoned. Just remaining in case character bound materials might be made roster bound. Would hurt me a lot to throw away 500k Shards
I currently have 12 chars. Main 1492, alts somewhere inbetween 1445 and 1340. have created them very early so once they were set up I could get alot of gold, mats etc without spending too much time
u have 15 alts and u are still not 1415 i would say that its just bad luck or not playing efficiently (also maybe just a bait post)
After 3 months and they’re still not 1415, I’d guess they’re just super casual and not running any alts. They already said they don’t do endgame content as-is, so that’s a sign.
I play since release, but because i invested my time on all alts (i have 15x1340 and 2x1302 alts), My Main is just 1400+. At the moment i just play chaos dungeon and boss rush. No time for more. 2x18 chaos dungeon runs everyday already 4-5 hours i think
Main 1505 2x 1385 5x 1370
You want alts at 1370 so they can give your main GHL’s to hone with. Right now only your main is gaining them. You should have invested in less alts and got them to 1370. You’re also leaving a lot of gold on the table by doing no abyssal dungeons. Consider how much you would have gained since launch if you did them on 6 chars weekly, it’d be quite a lot.
Also, why are you not running guardians? That’s very important.

Main char at 1485, my wife who’s a more casual at 1475… i have been stuck with +21 wep and pity to 50%…
Daily chaos dungeons is good and always trade honing material with events / guild vendor
Play since day 1 but take it slow at the beggining (no skip the history smashing G)
Main: 1467.5
Alts: 1415x3, 1400x1, 1370x1 (Trying to push all to 1415 and then my main 1475-1480~ for clown atm)
I have 1,129.3 hours
Argos Is easy now. You should be able to get to P3 group (unless your build and engraving is all over the place) but with the right stats P3 should be a

12h a day but 40% time is afk when i have custommer or do store work etc ( 1510 2x 1460 3x1445 rest is 1340 - 1370 )

I mean you can always trade honor leaps for gold then buy great honor leaps since they are the same price now
Even a casual player should be at 1475 by now after all the events and free mats. Playing the main and a couple of alts ain’t a hardcore thing and it literally takes less than two hours to finish.
So casuals since release about 1460-1475 with 1370 alts
Hardcore 1490 or beyond with a full gold making roster of 1430 alts + additional silver/mat slaves
Putting this in here for reference to anyone who is curious about how long it takes to reach certain milestones.
I stopped playing Feb 24th, when elden ring launched. I hard quit basically and I returned roughly 7-8 weeks ago.
In that time I pushed my main from 1060-1420
I used a feiton pass on Destroyer and pushed him to 1370 just the other day bc of honing buff.
I used the Punika Pass on Artillersist and pushed to 1370.
I pushed a DB from T1 to 1340
A gunslinger from T1 to 1045
I have basically played every single day, completed every single daily and weekly content on every character. So get off work, play until I got to bed, usually I would finish chores and work on horizontal, also around 160$ injected since I returned.
For unas I have been hard focusing reputation on the alts for Virtue potions, Skill points, Omnium stars, giants hearts, masterpieces and Island souls. My main I do leapstones.
I only really played FF14 and Wow, so catch up I always found was pretty good in those games, to me personally 2ish months to reach the very first legion raid is a bit ridiculous, especially seeing as I didnt even start from scratch, Literally from the tail end of T2. I imagine it will take me pretty long to reach 1460 at this point or even prepare for clown bc I am already getting bottlenecked on Armor stones and leapstones so it will be a slow monotonous climb with minimal tapping every week.
Just the nature of the game I guess.

Only spend a bit on skins and founder pack. Consider myself ‘‘hardcore f2p’’. Play roughly 8-10 hours a day.
Do chaos dungeons + guardian raids on all characters every day. Doing all events (field boss / chaos gates and capture events) every day without missing any. 3x leapstone una’s on main and one alt, other alts I do lopang whenever I feel like it, currently sitting on 30 million silver.

Been playing for launch, but ever since Valtan I stopped doing dailies on all chars, and now rotate rested. Still do all weekly for gold gen–it’s the only way you can realistically pay for more alts.
