Does anyone know what time we’ll be able to play lost ark when the game launches on the 8th/11th?
Nobody knows yet, hopefully the Jan update will clarify this.

With that in mind, the launch primer with all the server and launch day info will follow the January update and likely trail a few days behind.

it should be EU midnight for everyone, it would be mean to make eu lose like 8hours of their valuable progression
also its like 3pm pst for amazon,and 8am in korea to put out fires
I doubt it’s going to be EU Midnight. More likely, EU will get their release late at night. We’ll have to wait and see.
They would never launch a massive server at that time. That would be a middle finger to 90% of the player-base. Also you’re assuming that “fires” will happen both to EU and NA at the same time? That’s just wishful thinking tbh xD The only way that can happen is bugs in the code. You’re disregarding everything else haha (server crashes, power outages, downtime, actual fires, dev team availability, etc)
Honestly I think each region should launch at the same local hour: all in the mid-late morning of respective region. Although this might not seem totally fair if you consider the player-base as all regions as a whole, it would give everyone a chance at getting 50 on day 1 (a lot of people are aiming for that, me included). Not to mention having the ability to complete some dailies.
If all regions start simultaneously, at least one of them will be locked out of doing the above (because of time difference). To me that is more unfair than seeing a whole different region being able to play a few hours first. (And technically this is already happening anyway, since KR, RU and JP are already playing, so…)

Closed beta started 4pm UTC similar timeframe would be amazing for EU!
If daily reset happens at 6am, I’d be fine with it, but in all honestly I would prefer earlier x)
or at the start of the steam at 7 p.m.
