Hi everyone just need some advice from you all about what I should do now with my progression.
My main character is now gear lvl 1000 and I have my heart set on a few classes that are not released yet to be my real main. so I went with Sorceress for now.
I have 6 Characters all lvl 50 at different gear levels but my Sorceress is the only one in Tier2.
My question is this. Do I upgrade my alts gear lvls so they can do level 4 Rohendel Chaos dungeons daily or do I stock pile the mats for the new classes when they come out? And do I keep upgrading my Sorceress or just leave her at ilvl 1000 keeping the mats also?
I know you cant exactly tell me what’s best to do but I’m curious what you guys would do and what advice is offered.
I don’t think we are getting new classes anytime soon, honestly, to make delay raising your ilvl score on your alt worth it.
I am personally waiting on other classes as well, but I think it would be good to work on your sorc and put things aside for your main character when it comes out. Level your alt so you get access to higher level mats, and makes it easier for your class when it is released.

Do you mean just farm mats on my Sorc and stock pile them for the new class when it comes out or actually use them to upgrade her as high as I can get her?
I think I understand your saying farm mats on Sorc and raise ilvl of alts for now right?
This is what I’m doing. Everyone’s strategy may vary, and I think a lot of people aren’t even rolling alts.
I have my main at 1096ish and 5 alts. 3 of the alts are 600. My plan is to get all of the alts to 600, and then move all of them into tier 2 at the same time. While doing this, I’ll continue doing content on my main and try to push into T3.
Once all of my alts are at T2, I’ll force feed the one I like most to 1100, and then follow up with each of the other alts until all of them are 1100. Then push them all into T3.
Once I have 6 characters in t3, I’ll use 5 of those to just generate materials, and focus on pushing my main to 1400+.
When a new clash releases (Female Zerker and Lance Master are what I’m waiting for) I will then use my 5 T3 alts to force feed the class, since I’m pretty sure you can still do/receive any honing materials from any tier, just not gold from the abyss.
I put ALL of my Providence stones and any other rapport I could get into Sasha. I’m stuck at the 310 virtue level quest, but at least she’s in my stronghold now. haha
i’m also waiting on scouter, but since the game director said 2-3 months per class…it could be well over a year…of course i likely won’t even be playing the game at that point let’s be real here but anyway…all my chars are going to whatever 100% honing chance is in T3 currently +6 and then they’ll just sit collecting mats until i get bored or the actual class i want to play releases
Why not do Yorn quest getting 820 and do the 2 upgrades per piece to get 840 for running yorn abyss? Easy gold once a week. Much easier than brelshaza and she gets much easier too. Except you have a guy spamming “can’t touch the golden balls”, rip
And you have the freedom to decide if you want to get T1 or T2 mats.
Having 6 alts myself, first is 840 after this weekend. Wanted my 2nd one too, but didn’t make Yorn cause of my toddler, guild stuff and other things. Maybe next weekend.
Are you talking for my alts or my Sorc whos ilvl 1000?
I have not even stepped into an abys raid yet I keep meaning to watch some vids and queue up for a pug but I’m a little scared lol I’ve seen people in the forums raging about people making mistakes.
I generally like raiding though I liked it in WOW, ESO, GW2 and hopefully Ill like here too. I’ve also not stepped into them yet cause there is so much to do each time I log in.

Abyss dungeon, it depends on the dungeon mechanics. With 1000gs you faceroll it dps wise till you get to your current one, the first 8-men one, sea of indulence. You just have a prob with mechs ppl have to play. Maybe the lfg tool is better than just simply using matchmaking in this case.
You should do even the lowest ones once a week, you dont get gear but you have the chance to drop a legendary card.
I don’t think they are hard, but ppl not listening make it hard.
Edit: my experience with wipes in this content - it’s ok to wipe maybe 2 or 3 times on a boss, but if the same guy does the same mistake over and over again even after explanation it’s better to just disband. You are just wasting your time and resources.
