Wanted to make an informative video about everything we know regarding “censorship” and “westernization”. I see a lot of confusion / misinformation about the topic and wanted to discuss what we know!

just to understand what “a bug” means in this content. It’s “we changed it as we liked, tested it thouroughly in the past 9 months… oh you’ve noticed it, ok, this one might need some little tuning, we will pass it back to SGR”. Which might or might not being changed.
But as many other things, namely completely broken cards for example - a system that were not supposed to be even touched, yet suddenly went from “Working all around the world” into “most sets completely broken” state - touching all these irrelevant things causing unnecessary bugs.
Please remember this face again, why it was so important to change it this way, when you see a topic “[BUG] Card ‘xyz’ doesn’t drop at all where it supposed to” and the arbitrary “yes, that’s a bug, we will pass it to SGR”

Obviously the NPC with glossy, overlapping, discolored texturing was a legit bug, don’t be dense.

In case you really just don’t get it, the point is how sloppy all of this is being implemented. How all of the models with these recolors just look like they had some paint thrown on them and none of them look good. The cards don’t look good. Cause they’ve done all of this in the laziest way possible. Just paint over em!
They could have said, hey down the road we will be adding more “Skin diversity” to the game and taken the time to add some good chars and good models. Instead they said… what is the most minimal way we can do this to show we care about “Diversity”. So we get this.

We were talking about the NPC texture bug. IDK why you tagged me with a reply about any of that as I never brought it up.

Some of the cards I showed were the exact same asset but colored slightly.
I felt the texture bug was obvious enough to not warrant an explanation, and bringing it up was more to highlight the haphazard attempt at diversification going on, since the model simply had a different color slapped on it that bugged out.
The white armor still being included was info that I never saw despite searching for it, which is why I stated (twice) “to my knowledge” and “from what I understand”

If you believe the entirety of Ezrebeth skin texture was a bug, you are being very delusional.
It was a “bug” caused by the color retexture they made with no real purpose other than make her skin darker.
So everything was intentional except the UV repaint not being complete.
