Yep, they provide nothing of substance, dont listen to feedback, continue down this path of new servers and don’t give a single bit of consideration to existing players. It’s a farce, the customer service here is beyond a joke.

Nothing will change, they do it Like germans say „friss oder stirb“ you Go on the new Server Start from the begining or stay in queue. We gave you new Server to play but if you don‘t Change its your Problem, maintaince is the Same take it or leave it.
Community Manager are only for the NA and SA only and the EU have to Life with mods whi can nothing do!!!

Good name, new players will flock to it instead of CE.
especially Russians who migrate from their p2w servers here.
Its clever play on nationalism to bait people on west server over CE etc. just look at the buthurt here in this thread.
Why does it even matter? It could’ve been Europe, Europe South or Moon for all I know. You’d still log in the same way as you do now.

To be honest, I’m on Zinner and damn tired of the queues, I am a plat+ gold founder but playing is more important than a few trinkets.
So I will be moving to EUWest (I’m also from UK so more chance of finding a server with English speakers.
It has long term effect. over time english community will flock to West server. and new players will pick west over CE always.
Sure now it has benefits but in a year. population can swap to west so hard that CE becomes stagnant.
Games like League of Legends are perfect example, everyone in northern europe playing on west do to better competition there
Personally i wouldve prefered Europe South, so that south countries + middle east + africa goes there.
as a Northern European, can confirm.
Always go west to avoid the people not speaking english in (for ex) East
It’s not a job it’s entertainment. You’re not investing in anything.
To be honest if you have actually managed to play 100h in game and not at least half of that time in queues then you probably don’t need to move as you clearly are able to login and play at a time that suits you. Why worry about everyone else?

A second region without server transfer is just a bad idea, whatever the name, and is just spitting in the face of anyone who bought a founder pack.
The extra lite founder pack just adds injury to insult.
Add language tags THIS time at least, thanks.
How is the pack “lite”?
The only think it wont contain is Royal Crystalss (which are accountn specific and avaiilable in all regions)
