There are no official release dates just yet.
But If I had to assume September is probably the most realistic and best one for some players. kakul saydon is quite the jump in terms of dmg and mechs and is also balanced around relic gear, which is why you need 5x3 engravings to clear it. Not saying it is impossible without 5x3, but it becomes very difficult. The way the market is right now getting to 5x3 is very expensive, because there aren’t enough accesories in the market and on top of that you need a legendary book with a 7 7 stone (assuming you only go for one legendary book).
