When i try to log my main char game exit

I try to bitfrost on Frozen island whit my main character and game exit for no reason.
I try many times and is do the same thing. Can u please unstuck me or move on other location tnx.
Game exit when loading screen start

Could you please provide me the name of the server and your character?

As soon as I have this information your character can be moved and I’ll let you know once completed.

I already moved your character to Prideholme.

Before you access the game, I will need you to do a File Verification:

Steam Integrity Check

  1. Restart your computer and launch Steam
  2. From a game’s library page, select Manage > Properties.
  3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files… button.
  4. Steam will verify the game’s files - this process may take several minutes.

After that, give it a try to your character and let me know if it is working!
