I can assure you that the devs are work on the problem with the disconnections, as they already posted last week on the New Section in this post: An Update to Disconnect Issues.
As soon as there are new updates they will let us know. I apologize for the inconvenience created, we are aware that is very annoying being disconnected many times.

but the system you’re talking about when everyone is asking for re-entry is not working very well.
Last week I lost 3 argos 2 Valtan and i wasnt able to get the tickets back.
This week, I wont even bother myself and do these raids, I may even leave the game since its not stable and unplayable.
