Thank you for bringing this interesting topic. I was researching about that slot as well and i have found some usefull information.
This slot is used for a special part of the gear called bracelet that can be obtained at the time you reach item level 1490 on the season 2 aparently from the Legion General Brelshaza’s raid.
Im still gathering some official information about this topic. I want to share with you what i have at the moment and come back as soon as i have more about this.
