Just DCed as media ended lost on rewards. Did 99% of the effort but DCed at the end so nothing in return, no point in opening a ticket because no help can be gotten fast enough befor reset happens.
This often happens in raids to ive been in several groups where people DC during end cinematic of a boss dying or as the boss dies losing all rewards after doing all the effort. this is extremely frustrating and there is no reason these rewards should be blocked.
Ive seen players submit tickets and they get a re entry less then a hour before reset for brel gate 6, is this a joke or something?
Its clear there is a very long way to go with this DC problem so put in something to alleviate all the lost rewards lost lockouts and lost time.
If you want a idea to get started consider making it so that if your connected when something starts you get rewards if your DC’d when it ends. Or consider making it so that if you did not get rewards your entry is not consumed.
