When will we get skins that aren't 'old' and actually dyeable?

Most of the skins released so far, like the Omen set or now these Dawn sets, aren’t dyeable at all.

Could we finally get some skins that one can actually do something with, appearance-wise?

I am also not talking about Neria’s Dressing Room clothes - those are clothes, not skins, so to speak. They’re an entirely different set of appearances, manily casual and made to appeal to the younger audience. I am asking when will we get fantasy-based skins in particular that are dyeable, so an example would be something alike the Omen set but actually able to be changed.

Im 29 and the casual skins are more appealing to me, however when i was 16 I would of thought they were dumb and would preffer more fantasy type armor sets, I dont think your claim that it appeals to the younger generation has any foundation to stand on, however I agree all I want are dyable skins, I wont personally buy any skin (other then to resell on the market) unless its dyeable.
