@Roxx my husband received his gold pack yesterday, I still haven’t received my platinum pack. We’re in OCE so pc has been off all night and restarted everything. I’m on Valtan, NA-West, IGN Aoenwyr.
I’m not sure which process is being used to identify recipients, but my pack was gifted to me via Steam as an early Christmas present on 23/12/2021. I redeemed the pack in game during headstart launch on the first day.
My husband has been double checking his Product inventory to make sure you didn’t sent it to him (he’s the one how gifted it to me via Steam), but he has only received his own Gold pack
Now I have an item on hold in the product window, but I can’t see what it is or redeem it because the store isn’t working. I don’t know if it’s my Platinum Pack or the rewards. This sucks!
Yes, this is the same with me, so my Product inventory is definitely working as I received the launch gift, but not my Platinum pack.

Honestly though, much better to just finish your playing session and log in normally the next day, rather than wait in queue, derp.

Just wanted to let you all know to keep an eye out throughout the weekend if you haven’t yet received your pack – we’ve determined why some players are taking longer to get these grants than others, and are getting things up to speed again. Shouldn’t be too long, so thanks for hanging tight!!
