Roxx bro, i received mine as you can see in the Screenshot but i cant claim it anymore, like its Still there but its invisible 
Just wait and sit it out when servers not that busy? cuz it was there before i just didnt claimed it yet.

Lots and lots of people getting this grant, but out of a select group of folks, which from my understanding takes a bit more than a blanket “everyone” grant. Basically the list is long and we need to make sure all players are ingested into the system, and there was a slight hiccup here.

Hello again, my friend also still haven´t got the announced platin founder pack. Maybe it will in the inventory tomorrow morning?!
I assume providing our character name and server won’t help. Since it’s account bound not just character specific.
Close the game via the task manager and you never have a queue if you reconnect.

It is, just try it. It just simulates a game crash that has a queue skip if you reconnect within like 5 minutes.
No cristaline aura, no market, no founders pack…

still havent gotten my ORIGINAL Platinum pack. Its been over 8 days and Its still not showing in the claim tab… also still havent gotten the bonus packs, still missing my silver,gold and another plat.
So im missing 1 silver, 1 gold, and 2 platinum packs.
I really hope this is fixed because its been over a week
