Where is Dakudaku (Tortoyk)?

Hey guys, still learning everything in the game and not sure if Im missing something but how do I see/find Dakudaku in Tortoyk for Rapport.

I managed to find it, there is a Chain Quest that needs to be completed in Seaswept Woods before hand :+1:
