It’s been a week or more since I claimed the Relic Rapport Loot from amazon prime but up until today I haven’t got it in game yet. Can a somebody help me on this one?

Sometimes the loot can take up to 24 hours to appear, but definitely more than a week indicates that there has been a problem redeeming your loot.
