Does anyone know how can they track this? How will they compensate for their error?
I was looking for a way to apply for a report, so they can have information about of when it start to happen, and the account that it happen, but, I don’t seem to find a good place to put the information. Should we use the reply feature to leave information like the others did?

Same issue, cyrstalline aura stating it is active on character selection screen, when logging in to the only character I have the aura is not there, along with the crystals collected so far being missing. A support ticket has been submitted.
