Does anyone know how can they track this? How will they compensate for their error?
I was looking for a way to apply for a report, so they can have information about of when it start to happen, and the account that it happen, but, I donāt seem to find a good place to put the information. Should we use the reply feature to leave information like the others did?
Due to the Store/Product Inventory not being available after launch, I was unable to retrieve the 3 day Aura you were giving out as compensationā¦and now it completely disappeared from my Product inventoryā¦
Is there any plan on re-sending it?

Same issue, cyrstalline aura stating it is active on character selection screen, when logging in to the only character I have the aura is not there, along with the crystals collected so far being missing. A support ticket has been submitted.
